ISL8704AIBZ Overview


It is packaged with Tube. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Sequencer products. Packages are specified to have an average peak reflow temperature of NOT SPECIFIED. A supply voltage of 4 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage. You can always use ISL8704A, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer.
