M2004-01-625.0000T Overview

As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Embedded in the 36-CLCC package is this Clock PLL. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVTTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 625MHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V. Statistics suggest that the ambient temperature be set at 0°C~70°C, which is what is estimated by the test. LVPECL logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
