MPC9600AE Overview

As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. The 48-LQFP package contains this clock generator. As the Clock PLL's input, LVCMOS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. For a full understanding of the electronic part's performance, 1 circuits are implemented. 200MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 2.375V~3.465V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. LVCMOS logic levels are supported by this RF synthesizer.
