X40431S14I-BT1 Overview


There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to power management for 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products. There is a voltage supply of 3 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using X40431, the base power ics number.
