Packaging is in the form of a Tube. IC management is packaged as a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to 0°C~70°C TA degrees. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
