optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Cut Tape (CT) package in this voltage regulator. Throughout this voltage regulator, there are 8 terminations. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package for the purpose of space saving. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. Switching regulators like this one can be mounted on the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~85°C TA. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 500kHz. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.808V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 4A. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 21V.
