R1245S003C-E2-FE Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There are 8 terminations in this voltage regulator. There is a SWITCHING REGULATOR type analog IC in this voltage regulator 12v that is used to convey analog signals. The space-saving 8-SOIC (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is available for this voltage regulator. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Adjustable output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at -40°C~105°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 500kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.8V. DC DC switching regulator's 1.2A output current allows for maximum design flexibility.
