RN5RK472A-TR-FE Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. A SWITCHING REGULATOR analog integrated circuit is connected to the switch converters. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 5 terminations. 2V nominal DC switcher's voltage input. A 4.7V voltage of DC regulator was detected in the test statistics. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 8V input voltage. A total of 1 functions are present in the switch converters. A voltage regulators switching with 5 pins is designed. In this controller, the top frequency is 120kHz. The temperature can go as low as 85°C degrees Celsius. dc to dc voltage regulators should have -40°C temperatures at the bottom.
