XC9302A403MR-G Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Fixed dc switching's outputs (s). 2V~10V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. A -40°C~85°C dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount.
