AD9517-3BCPZ Overview
It is packaged using the Tray method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 48 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 2.25GHz. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. There should be a voltage supply above 3.135V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage, it will work. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. If the ambient temperature is below -40°C, the frequency generator may not start. The RF synthesizer is compatible with CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL logic levels.
