The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. A maximum temperature of 260 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. There are a total of 24 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.98V to operate this time clock generator. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. The operating temperature should be kept below 85°C. Clock PLL synthesi350MHzes a high-quality 350MHz clock output frequency. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
