As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP contains this Clock PLL. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 48 terminations. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 3.3V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL as its input. Providing a maximum frequency of 2.33GHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications.
