As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 44 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. It would take a maximum supply voltage of 1.89V to operate this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator.
