Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR). There is a clock generator embedded in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, LVDS, LVPECL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal. It provides a maximum frequency of 2.25GHz.
