AD9901KP Overview
Tube-method packaging is used for clock ICs. There is a clock generator embedded in the 20-LCC (J-Lead) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 225 when reflown. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, a voltage of 5V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, ECL, TTL. Using this clock-based frequency synthesizer, you can achieve a maximum frequency of 200MHz. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. 5.25V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. It is safe to use this frequency synthesizer with a supply voltage above 4.75V. Clock generator ic works with 5V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha70°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 70°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the CMOS, ECL, TTL logic levels is presented here.
