ADF4106BCP Overview


As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tray method. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. 20 terminations can be found in frequency generators. To operate this time clock generator, 3V voltage should be applied. This Clock PLL will be fed by CMOS as its input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 6GHz. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. This clock generator would require a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V. This frequency synthesizer requires a supply voltage above 2.7V to be safe. Clock PLL works with 2.7V~3.3V supply voltage provided.
