ADF4153YCPZ-RL Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 4GHz is available. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. As long as there are 2.7V~3.3V supply voltages provided, clock generator ic should work. The ambient temperature should be set at -40°C~125°C, which is estimated by the test statistics. There are several logic levels in Clock logic that can be used with this clock generator.
