Tray-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package embeds this Clock PLL. In the reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to maintain a maximum temperature of 240. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 4GHz Max. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.3V as a supply voltage. Safety considerations dictate that the supply voltage for this frequency synthesizer should be greater than 2.7V. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 2.7V~3.3V.
