In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 240 under reflowing conditions. As a result of this, we can find 20 terminations. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3V.
