ADF4217LBRU Overview


Clock ICs are packaged using the Tube method. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 240 during reflowing. 20 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 3V. Approximately 3.3V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 2.6V for normal operation. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. A temperature of less than -40°C may cause this clock PLL to fail to start. There is a 20-bit clock-generating IC built specifically for microprocessors in this frequency generator. This clock PLL features ALSO REQUIRES A 3V TO 5.5V SUPPLY for better clock signal output. This frequency synthesizer is an analog IC and can be classified as a PLL FREQUENCY SYNTHESIZER-device.
