ADF4360-2BCP Overview


The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, this clock generator is embedded. This clock generator ic can sustain 240 degrees of temperature during reflowing. There are 24 terminations found in this file. To operate this time clock generator, 3.3V voltage should be applied. In this clock generator, CMOS is used as the input to the clock. An up to 2.17GHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. In terms of supply voltage, RF synthesizer works with 3V~3.6V. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. A clock PLL that starts up at a lower temperature may not function. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of Clock logic. It has been classified as a Fanout Distribution, Integer N Synthesizer (RF) electronic part, which means that it is a semiconductor. It is a 24-bit clock PLL designed specifically for microprocessors.
