There is one type of analog IC that this voltage regulator is equipped with, and that is the SWITCHING REGULATOR type. This harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package for the purpose of space saving. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Through Hole mounting. The peak reflow temperature of this regulator amounts to 240 to be essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3V as the nominal input voltage. If 70°C is less than or equal to the maximum operating temperature, then voltage regulator 12v must be lowered. The switching frequency of this adjusting voltage regulator is set to be the maximum possible. In the top position of the switching voltage regulators, there is a maximum output current of 1.5A Amps.
