The reference voltage makes use of a handy SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 package.This program utilizes the handy Series package.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging.5 terminations with various functions.±0.1% tolerance for precise voltage reference.THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 3V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 5 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within -40°C~125°C TA.It is suitable for 5mA input applications.It requires a 4V supply voltage.A minimum voltage of 3.3V is required to supply it.Commonly, the voltage reference ic can supply a 3.3V~15V voltage input.A fixed/minimum voltage of 3V is generated.190μA is the supply current it uses to operate.The greatest voltage output from the voltage reference ic is tested 3.003V.
