ADR370ART-R2 Overview


This program uses the TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.As a result of terminations 3, a number of functions are performed.A digital IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled to the voltage reference ic.A test statistic determines the output voltage 2.048V.A 1 output is sufficient.The part has 3 pins.Reflow soldering should not exceed NOT APPLICABLE degrees Celsius.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.In order to operate, it requires a voltage of 5V.To supply it, you need a minimum voltage of 2.3V.It is tested whether a voltage reference ic can output its maximum voltage 2.052V.2.044V is the minimum voltage output by the voltage reference circuit.125°C is the maximum ambient temperature.At the bottom of the voltage reference ic, the temperature should be -40°C.
