CDC421250RGET Overview
In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tape & Reel (TR) package is used. As part of the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This Clock PLL will be fed by LVCMOS, Crystal as its input. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. 250MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. PLL clock is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. There are 3V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVPECL logic levels is presented here. An electrical part such as this one can be classified as a Clock Generator component.
