In order to package it as a clock IC, the Tube package is used. A Clock PLL is included with the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 220 when reflowing. There are a total of 8 terminations in this file.
