SI5340D-D08073-GMR Overview

Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. Frequency generator can maintain a maximum temperature of 260 under reflowing conditions. It contains 44 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This time clock generator integrates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 1.71V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As soon as the PLL's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, it may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. In temperatures lower than -40°C, this frequency generator may not start.
