The Tube method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 24-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 5V is required. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock as its input.
