DS1489M Overview

An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a Tube package for this receiver.The Receiver can transceiver type enables this part to be used in a wide range of applications.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this wide receiver.Power supply for this differential driver is 4.75V~5.25V.At any given time, there can be up to 0/4 eligible receivers/drivers for this electronic part.An output voltage range of 5V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.14 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.There are typically 4 bits of resolution specified in the specifications of this receiver.A RESPONSE CONTROL function is also included in this optical transceiver module, which improves stability and accuracy of signal management.Temperatures above 75°C are not permitted for this transceiver module.
