HIP2100IR Overview
For greater flexibility, the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package is adopted.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 9V~14V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -55°C~150°C TJ.Input type of Non-Inverting is used.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.16 pins are present on the component.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 114V.
