HIP4083ABT Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).This configuration includes 3 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 7V~15V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.This device allows temperatures in the range of -40°C~150°C TJ.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Inverting.16 terminations constitute its foundation.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.Mosfet driver is equipped wMosfet driverh an interface chip HALF BRIDGE BASED MOSFET DRIVER.On the board, there are 16 component pins.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 95V.We can also provide JUNCTION TEMPERATURE FOR TEST on the basis of unique technology that we have developed.
