8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tube external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±1.626% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.It can be used with 5mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 50μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.23V.It can output a voltage of 1.23V regardless of external conditions.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has LOW NOISE.
