ISL6439IB Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. 14 terminations with various dc switching's functions. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 3.3V. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 3.465V input voltage at most.
