ISL6614AIRZ Overview

There is greater flexibility with the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.Tube is the packaging method.The configuration is supported by 4 drivers.Gate drivers is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of -40°C~125°C TJ.A type of Non-Inverting is used for input in this program.Initially, the configuration is composed of 16 terminations.The device is specifically designed to operate at 12V volts.The board has 16 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 36V.
