ISL8105BCRZ Overview
In the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 6.5V~14.4V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable for efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 10 terminations. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator must be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.5V input voltage.
