MAX619CSA Overview
A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. This harley voltage regulator has 8 terminations. As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. In order for it to operate properly, dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature should be at 0°C~70°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator of this type operates at a switching frequency of 500kHz. Voltage regulators like this one can operate at least with 2V as the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 5V. DC DC switching regulator's 50mA output current allows for maximum design flexibility. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 3.6V. As a result of the 245 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 3V. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can produce is 5V volts.
