It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. This harley voltage regulator has 16 terminations. The space-saving 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is available for this voltage regulator. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. This voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C TA. DC-DC switching regulators reach 170kHz switching frequencies. Regulator 1.8V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.8V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 2.7V.
