MC34151P Overview

For greater flexibility, the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is adopted.A packaging method of Tube is indicated.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Through Hole.In the absence of a 6.5V~18V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.Temperature range 0°C~150°C TJ is allowed for this device.Inverting is used as the input type.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.With a supply voltage of 12V, it is designed to operate.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 8 component pins is available.
