MC3488AD Overview

This LED driver IC features an enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package for driving common LEDs.Tube package is used for this receiver.The Driver can transceiver technology has enabled this part to power many solutions for a variety of uses.Ideally, you should place this wide receiver on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 10.8V~13.2V for power supply.As many as 2/0 receivers/drivers are eligible for use on this electronic part.An output voltage range of 12V is sufficient to run this line driver ic efficiently.This integrated circuit has 8 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.Transceiver comes with 8 standard pinouts that meet the market's requirements.An important feature of this ic receiver was its 2-bit resolution capability.This optical transceiver module also features the PROGRAMMABLE SLEW RATE function, improving the overall signal management stability and accuracy.ICs in this transceiver module cannot operate over 70°C.According to the datasheet, when you try to enhance the line driver ic performance using negative voltage, -12V would be ideal for this purpose.
