NB3N15552MNG Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. The 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. In this clock generator, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. 1 circuits are implemented to access the electronic component's full performance. 155.52MHz is the maximal value for normal operation. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There should be 2.97V~3.63V provided with this RF synthesizer. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. The frequency synthesizer in this product is compatible with all levels of LVPECL logic.
