NLX1G57BMX1TCG Overview
A 6-XFLGA package is included. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package included in this package as well. This product is available in Surface Mount. There is full functionality in the Single-Ended output of this device. It uses Configurable Multiple Function logic communication type. At -55°C~125°C, the operating temperature has been extended. The inputs are all 3-based. There is a series of MiniGate™ models based on this model. 1.65V~5.5V power supply is used to power it. In addition, the part is terminated with 6 terminals. 6 pins join it. Part 2.3V needs a normal voltage. Circuits are built using 1 basic. This is a 1G product. Keeping the voltage at or below 5.5V will protect the device.
