This program uses the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.As a voltage reference, it operates on Series control.Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging encloses the voltage reference ic.For precise voltage measurements, ±1% is the tolerance.To enter input, the user fills out a Fixed form.By using Surface Mount, the PCB design can be made more demanding.A suitable candidate for work within -40°C~85°C TA.Input applications can use the voltage reference with 8mA.The voltage reference circuit usually accepts a 12V~40V voltage input.Fixed/minimal voltage of 10V is generated.It is powered by a current of 1.6mA which is used for its operation.A 8-SOIC supplier device package is assigned to this voltage reference ic.
