SN74HC139DG4 Overview
As a means of saving space, digital switch is provided in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).In this case, it is packaged as Tube.Digital switch ic uses a Surface Mount mounting method.In the multiplexers, the analog IC Decoder/Demultiplexer is used.Turn signal switch will not be susceptible to the external factors when the operating temperature is kept at -40°C~85°C.With a supply voltage of 2V~6V, designers have greater flexibility of digital controlled switch.The multiplexers can be used for a wide range of applications since they are members of 74HC series.
