BD49K40G-TL Overview
Power management is mounted through 3 terminals. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. During the reflow process, a peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED is specified for the package. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. 3 pins make up the power management. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than 2.3V for this IC power. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 6V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~105°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. There is a 900nA supply current present in the power management. Supervisors are also additional features, such as [0] for example, which are worth mentioning.
