Power management is mounted through 5 terminals. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-665 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. When a supply voltage of 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. This power management system has 5 pins. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of 950mV volts. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. The mounting type of the supervisors is Surface MountThis power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD52, the base power ics number.
