BD5339G-TR Overview
As you can see, this power management is mounted through 5 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. To assist you, this IC power includes 1 functions. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1.2V. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount mounts IC management. In total, the power management has 5 pins in it. 5 pins make up the power management. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 950mV for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 6.5V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD53, the base power ics number.
