BU4814FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-665 functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. When 2.4V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. In this case, this PMIC chip can be sub-categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. Power management has a total of 5 pins. Power managment ic pin count is 5.
