SI-8050S Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator makes use of the Tube package. During the development of this harley voltage regulator, 5 terminations were made. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. Due to DC DC switching regulator's space saving design, this voltage regulator is available in a TO-220-5 Full Pack (Formed Leads) package. The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. On the output pins of this DC DC switching regulator, there is a Fixed output generated. A Through Hole mounting is required for this switching regulator. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -30°C~125°C TJ. Despite its low input voltage, this voltage regulator can operate. In this adjusting voltage regulator, the output voltage (Min/Fixed) equates to 5V. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 3A output current. Voltage regulator has a maximum input voltage of 40V. In order to meet the operation requirements,voltage regulator is designed to provide a nominal input voltage of 20V. At 5V volts, voltage regulator can provide voltage. During switching regulator operation, 5 pins are used. A frequency of 60kHz permits DC DC switching regulator to maintain a high level of accuracy.
