The harley voltage regulator is available as a TO-263-6, D2Pak (5 Leads + Tab), TO-263BA package to save space. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. A voltage regulator 12v such as this one fits the Surface Mount mounting bracket. Operating at -30°C~125°C TJ is the recommended temperature for adjusting voltage regulator's operation. This DC-DC switching regulator has a switching frequency of 125kHz. Input voltage 15V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. This voltage regulator 12v features maximum design flexibility thanks to its 1.5A output current. Voltage regulators' input voltage is limited to 40V.
