PD100MF0MP1 Product Details
PD100MF0MP1 Overview
The Tape & Reel (TR) protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are protected by 2-SMD, No Lead packages in order to ensure their safety. It is considered that the maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 20V. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 20V continuously in reverse-bias mode. 2 pins are present on the photodiodes. There is a possibility that the photodiodes could release 75mW heat within the circuit. It is recommended that photodiodes are operated at a temperature no higher than 85°C. In spite of this, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum operating temperature of -30°C. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 20V. A photodiode is capable of conducting 10nA current even without light input.
